The location of the hotel is ideal. It was easy to walk everywhere, since the hotel was very central. Great restaurants nearby, so there was no shortage of places to eat at.

Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choices including Norwegian specialties and gluten-free that far surpassed our expectations. Room was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and TV with basic channels (Sky News the only one in English). Hotel is just steps away from the waterfront and centre of town. Kids loved the burger place across the street.

We loved our one night stay at Fosna hotel. Great location, free parking just outside the hotel( we stayed over the weekend), nice breakfast, friendly staff. Our room had the most amazing view over the Harbour. Comfortable cozy beds. Walking distance to shops .

Very nice hotel, you can see they are being modern by some touches here and there of humours and up to date concern about the hotel world. You can tell it's not just another anonymous hotel but there is a soul behind it (thumbs up for the "this is how it works" sheet) Breakfast is big and with lots of options, hot drinks available all the time. Staff was nice. The room was giving onto an inside courtyard and was quiet regarding the outside (you could still hear your neighbour's tv depending on how loud they put it) Single room not too big but big enough. Desk to work. There is a space with books to read (some not in norwegian)

Quite a basic hotel for a fair price. Comfort was good, bath room good, size of the room good, beds were good. Everything was clean. Also the breakfast was fine. The location is good, in the centre of the city. It was no problem to park the car in the neighbourhood of the hotel.

Although we had only a one night stay at this hotel, everything meets our needs. The room was big and the en suite is also a good size. Buffet breakfast was superb with a lot of variety. The 24/7 coffee/tea station in the lobby was a plus. It was also very accommodating that we could sit and wait in the lounge area after our check-out to wait for our departure bus. We will recommend this hotel.

It was the only place available in town when Airbnb host ghosted us. Despite the reviews, we found the place has decent room(little old), excellent location, good breakfast though limited options and good service.

What a great place to stay. In the room is a paper bag inviting the guests to recycle by donating a piece of clothing to the less fortunate - which is brilliant! Within walking distance of the harbour, ferrys, buses, shops and restaurants. The manager was super helpful in giving great advice on attractions and things to do. Very quiet and comfortable.
